CARLTON MACHINE WARRANTY

All Carlton manufactured machines are covered by a 2 year warranty, other machines carry a 1 year warranty.

Accessories and all items of glassware are specifically excluded from the warranty.

Repair or replacement of parts during the warranty period will not result in an extension of the warranty period.

Any machine which is the subject of a warranty claim must be returned to our Service Department carriage paid by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of the machine and to ensure that the goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit.

Repair and Spare Parts availability

Carlton Professional hold a large stock of spare parts and guarantee the availability for a period of at least 10 years from the date of manufacture.

All repairs carry a 6 month warranty and this only covers the repair.

Older machines may be repaired at the discretion of Carlton Professional, the main determining factor will be the availability of spare parts.

Carlton Professional reserves the right to carry out repairs where continued safety of the machine is a concern, such items will be returned with documentation stating that the item is unsafe for continued use and we may disable the item to protect from risk of injury.
